This website is available to offer general information and allow the enrollment of merchants to act as payment agents for the EmpaSys™ suite of walk-in payment services. The EmpaSys™ solutions are provided by Vista Bank, Ralls, Texas ("Bank") to allow customers entering your establishment to pay their bills, load cash onto their prepaid debit cards or initiate an international money transfer all from your location. Your bank account is debited for the amount of that customer's transaction after you have received their cash payment and fee. Applying to become an EmpaSys™ "Walk-In Money Solutions" payment agent requires merchants to provide personal and banking information in order to establish their merchant/agent account with the Bank. This website is operated on behalf of the Bank, EmpaSys™ and Transaction Management, LLC ("Payment Service Center") who are referred to in the privacy statement as Providers.
The application process is for the initial setup of the service at your location(s). Once approved, all future contact concerning the service should be made directly with the customer service department at the Payment Service Center, the servicing partner for EmpaSys™. This site does not provide for future accessing of your information once the application process has been completed. The information you provide at this site is delivered to both the Payment Service Center and the Bank who both maintain it as the service providers for payments processing.

| Your banking information, which includes your financial institution's routing and transit number, account number and type of account, is used to set up the direct debit information in the EmpaSys™ system. The information is used daily and during each billing period to originate electronic debits to your account to collect your customer's payments and the fees for this service. The service providers may be required to share this information in connection with fraud investigation, security or any other reason of necessity. |
